All In Old Fashioned
Recipe
2 oz. BETTOR Rye Whiskey
1 sugar Cube
2 Dashes of orange Bitters, but really (Dealers Choice)
Add Large Ice Cube
Garnish - Burnt orange wheel
In a mixing glass Muddle the sugar cube and bitters with one bar spoon of water at the bottom of a chilled rocks glass. Add your Bettor Rye and one large ice cube, or three or four smaller cubes. Stir until chilled and properly diluted, about 30 seconds. Using your smoker of choice, smoke with Oak or Cherry wood chips and then torch both sides of an orange wheel.
